Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled Store Leader to lead our store team and deliver an exceptional customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Ensure customer service excellence, product consistency, and food safety
  • Review sales and COGs to drive growth and profitability
  • Maintain stock levels and assist with recruitment and training needs
  • Create rosters and approve timesheets
  • Execute marketing initiatives and identify new opportunities
  • Lead a small team to deliver an excellent customer experience
  • Respond to customer enquiries and mentor up-and-coming team members
Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Minimum 2-3 years' experience as a Fast Food, Café, or Restaurant Manager
  • Excellent personal presentation and communication skills
  • Proven ability to confidently lead a small team
  • Ability to work a rotating roster including weekdays, weekends, public holidays, and late-night trade
  • A current Food Safety Certificate and knowledge of specialty coffee are advantageous
