Our organization is seeking a highly organized and proactive professional to fill the role of Office Manager.

This is a full-time position in a fast-paced environment where you will be responsible for overseeing various administrative tasks, including managing supplies, equipment, and coordinating with vendors.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Office & Fleet Management: Manage general office administration, oversee the maintenance of our fleet of vehicles, and coordinate with suppliers.
  • Administrative Coordination: Handle day-to-day operations, manage records, coordinate meetings and travel, and provide support to the team with various administrative tasks.
  • Human Resources Support: Assist with HR-related tasks such as onboarding new employees, managing payroll, and overseeing performance management.
  • Compliance & Safety: Ensure adherence to government legislation, policies, and procedures, including occupational health and safety regulations.
  • Team Leadership: Allocate resources, assign work, and monitor the performance of office staff.
Requirements:
  • Relevant degree or diploma in leadership and business management.
  • At least 2-3 years of relevant work experience required for this role.
  • Experience in the automotive industry, with specific knowledge of PartsCheck.
  • Experience managing a large fleet of vehicles.
  • Familiarity with Cabcharge equipment and reporting.
  • Proficiency in Google Suite or Microsoft Office Suite, QuickBooks & BPoint.
  • Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
  • Experience with HR administration is an asset.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Applicants must demonstrate English language proficiency.
