Job Opportunity: Director of Property, Space

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team as Director of Property, Space.

About the Role:

The Director of Property, Space will be responsible for leading the delivery of infrastructure capital projects, ensuring efficient delivery within budget while achieving value for money and driving impact to the campus experience.

Key Accountabilities:

  • Co-create and execute strategic plans for property and infrastructure that align with organisational strategy and goals.
  • Lead the composition of business cases and delivery of large-scale infrastructure projects within a complex organisation.
  • Develop and manage budgets, financial models, and reports in the context of property and capital projects.
  • Manage property portfolios, including acquisitions, disposals, leasing, and estate planning.
  • Build relationships with stakeholders across all levels of the organisation, and possess an action-oriented, problem-solving mindset.

Qualifications and Experience:

A degree (and/or postgraduate) qualification in a relevant field, such as Property Management, Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management or a related field, is required.
