Job Overview

The Director of Transactional Management plays a pivotal leadership role within our organization, overseeing the successful delivery of large-scale redevelopments as part of Australia's largest urban renewal project.

  • Tender Process Management: Design and implement interactive tendering processes in accordance with agreed probity and process frameworks, High Value High Risk (HVHR) guidelines and industry best practices.
  • Tender Documentation Development: Oversee and coordinate the development of comprehensive tender documentation, including land & lease valuation processes, market engagement strategies, and tender evaluations.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Successfully engage and negotiate with government stakeholders, institutional investors, sponsors, developers, builders, community housing agencies, and other key industry players to drive project success.
