Transaction Management Leader

The Transaction Manager is responsible for leading a collaborative team in transaction management activities to ensure successful delivery of large-scale redevelopments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement tendering processes that adhere to agreed probity and process frameworks.
  • Oversee and coordinate tender documentation, public sector comparators, land valuation, market engagement, tender evaluations, and contract close process.
  • Successfully engage and negotiate with government stakeholders, institutional investors, sponsors, developers, builders, community housing agencies, and key industry players.

Requirements:

  • Australian citizenship or valid work permit/visa.
  • Relevant experience in project delivery and innovation within the public sector environment.
  • A track record of attracting market participation and securing approvals for projects.
