About the Role

We are seeking an experienced General Practitioner to join our dedicated team of clinicians in providing specialized health services to residents within Aged Care facilities in and around Geelong. This role offers a fantastic opportunity for professionals interested in Aged Care to practice in a growing region with access to comprehensive support systems and a healthy work-life balance.

Key Responsibilities:
  • To serve as a primary point of contact for patients' healthcare needs within the designated Aged Care facilities.
  • To conduct regular consultations and reviews to provide personalized care and ensure optimal health outcomes.
  • To collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams, including nurses, telehealth geriatricians, and physicians.

Requirements:
