About the Role
The National Disability Insurance Agency is seeking a motivated APS5 Business Operations Support officer to join the Integrity Transformation and Fraud Fusion Taskforce group.
The Integrity Transformation and Fraud Fusion Taskforce group is responsible for designing and implementing transformation activities that improve integrity across the NDIS.
As a Business Operations Support officer, you will possess strong administrative skills, be well versed with interacting with internal and external stakeholders across all levels, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Providing advice on integrity transformation matters to resolve enquiries
- Providing administrative support including calendar and mailbox management, coordinating meeting papers, prioritising activities, and organising travel
- Performing research, assessment, and analysis activities on complex issues to provide clarity to the SES for decision-making
- Managing the flow of communications within the Group, including monitoring emails, briefs, and correspondence
- Drafting various materials including business cases, reporting, briefs, and corporate documentation
- Developing and maintaining relationships across the Agency and whole of Government to support the delivery of the integrity transformation program
- Supporting the preparation, writing, proofing, and editing of documentation, including complex and sensitive correspondence, research papers, and corporate documentation
About the Team
The Integrity Transformation and Fraud Fusion Taskforce group is a dynamic team working across the Agency and with other government agencies to build integrity capability that improves the operation of the NDIA.
