As a Support Worker, you will play a vital role in providing personal care and support services to our valued clients.

About the Role:

  • Personal Care: Assist with daily living tasks such as bathing, dressing, and toileting, ensuring our clients maintain their dignity and independence.
  • Help at Home: Provide assistance with household chores, meal preparation, and light housekeeping, promoting a safe and comfortable living environment.
  • Transportation: Safely transport clients to appointments, shopping, and social outings, enhancing their quality of life.
  • Client Awareness: Engage in meaningful conversations, observe client needs, and provide ongoing training and support to ensure exceptional care.

Your Background:

  • A minimum of 12 months' experience in delivering Personal Care and/or a Certificate III in Individual Support is required.
  • You must have a current Australian Driver's License and ownership of a reliable insured vehicle.
  • Fully vaccinated against Covid-19 (minimum 2 doses) is mandatory.
  • Flexibility to work rosters between 7am and 7pm, Monday to Sunday, is essential.

Location: Ballina NSW, and surrounding suburbs including East Ballina, Bangalow, Coolgardie, Cumbalum, Lennox Head, Pimlico, Skennars Head, Teven, and Tintenbar.

Salary: $32.56 per hour + 11.5% superannuation, plus travel allowance of $0.92 per km, ensuring a competitive income.
