Job Description:

We are seeking a compassionate and caring Personal Home Care Support Worker to join our team at Right at Home Gold Coast Northern Rivers. As a Support Worker, you will provide high-quality care and support to our clients, enabling them to maintain their independence and live life to the fullest.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist clients with daily living activities, including personal care and household chores.
  • Provide emotional support and companionship to our clients.
  • Work collaboratively with other team members to ensure seamless care and support.
  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions and care provided.

Requirements:

  • Must be 18 years of age or older.
  • Must be able to read, write, speak, and understand English.
  • Must have a valid driver's license and comprehensive insurance.
  • Must have First Aid and CPR certification.
  • Must have a National Police Check.
  • Must have a Certificate III or IV in Community, Aged, or Disability.
  • Must have an NDIS Workers Screening Card and NDIS Orientation Module Certificate.
  • Must be COVID-19 vaccinated.
  • Must have 100 points of identification.
  • Must have the right to work in Australia.
