Job Overview

We're seeking a skilled Marketing Professional to join our team in Perth. The successful candidate will be responsible for the ongoing delivery of our acquisition marketing program, contributing to achieving business growth objectives by overseeing digital agency partnerships and developing effective SEO strategies.

This part-time position (30 hours per week, 0.8 FTE) offers flexible working days and excellent opportunities for professional development.

About the Role
  • The ideal candidate will have 3+ years' experience in a similar role, with a strong understanding of acquisition and retention marketing theories and demonstrated experience in delivering acquisition and/or retention campaigns.
  • Demonstrated experience in delivering digital marketing strategies across multiple media, including email marketing, SEM, SEO, and PPC.
  • Experience in managing agency relationships and collaborating effectively with external agencies and internal teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and deliver effective SEO strategies to drive business growth.
  • Oversee digital agency partnerships to ensure successful campaign execution.
  • Analyse performance metrics to inform marketing decisions.
