Luxury Hotel Attendant

Are you passionate about delivering exceptional guest experiences? We are currently seeking an experienced Room Attendant to join our team at a luxurious hotel in the Yarra Valley.
About the RoleAs a Room Attendant, you will be responsible for ensuring the cleanliness and maintenance of guest rooms, replenishing amenities, and providing excellent customer service. You will work closely with the Housekeeping Supervisor/Manager to maintain high standards of quality and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities- Clean and maintain guest rooms, including bathrooms, bedrooms, and public areas
- Replenish amenities, such as toiletries and linens
- Provide exceptional customer service, responding to guest requests and concerns
- Work collaboratively with the Housekeeping team to achieve shared goals and objectives
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- Full Australian working rights
- A proven track record of room servicing experience
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- High level of attention to detail and organizational skills
