About the Role:
We are currently seeking experienced, service-focused Room Attendants to service an amazing newly renovated hotel in the Yarra Valley. Part Time & Casual opportunities are available to the right candidates.
As a key member of our Housekeeping team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional cleaning services and replenishing amenities in guest rooms. Your attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high standards will ensure our guests enjoy a comfortable and enjoyable stay.
About You:
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- A proven track record of room servicing with a focus on customer satisfaction
- Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with guests and the Hotel team
- A flexible and adaptable approach to working a rotating roster, including weekends and public holidays
- The ability to work autonomously and as part of a team to achieve common goals
- Possession of strong organisational and time management skills to prioritise tasks and manage your workload efficiently
- A friendly and enthusiastic attitude, with a genuine passion for providing outstanding customer service
