Housekeeping Hospitality Attendant

Exciting opportunities have arisen for experienced and reliable Housekeeping Professionals to join our amazing team at LUXXE Outsourced Hotel Services.
About the RoleWe are seeking highly skilled Room Attendants to service a newly renovated hotel in the Yarra Valley. As a key member of our Housekeeping team, you will be responsible for cleaning guest rooms and replenishing amenities. You will also maintain guest room pantries and ensure all equipment is in clean working order. Additionally, you will help answer guest requests and assist where possible.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Cleaning and preparing guest rooms for occupancy
- Replenishing amenities and supplies as required
- Maintaining guest room pantries and ensuring all equipment is in good working order
- Assisting guests with their requests and providing exceptional customer service
To succeed in this role, you will need to possess excellent communication skills, a friendly and enthusiastic attitude, and the ability to work positively with both guests and the hotel team. You must be available to work a rotating roster, Monday to Sunday, 9am to 2pm, with hours varying depending on hotel occupancy.
As a successful candidate, you will require:
- Possession of full Australian working rights
- A proven track record of room servicing experience
- Excellent customer service skills
- Good communication skills
- Ability to work an average of 4 days per week
- Strong organisation and time management skills
- Team player with ability to work autonomously and in a team setting
- Honesty and reliability
- Takes pride in work
- Respectful and takes accountability for self and work
We offer a competitive salary range of AU$30-40 per hour, depending on experience, plus benefits such as comprehensive training programs, a positive and inclusive work culture, and opportunities for career advancement.
