The role of Director at our hospital requires an experienced leader to oversee Emergency Medical Services. You will use your expert clinical and management skills to provide high-quality patient care, balance clinical responsibilities with service development and take a leading role in clinical governance and education.

To be successful in this role, you must have:

  • Evidence of registration with the Medical Board of Australia as a Specialist Director and Demonstrated recent clinical experience in leadership roles.
  • Demonstrated ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team and provide leadership of a team.
  • Demonstrated effective communication through the use of information technology and written, verbal and interpersonal skills.
  • Demonstrated commitment to teaching, continuing education, research and quality improvement.
