About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Category Manager to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for managing a competitive product range, from sourcing to store delivery.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Owning the success of your category by achieving business objectives and aligning plans with company goals.
  • Leading projects, developing relationships, and influencing outcomes across the business.
  • Staying ahead of emerging trends, competitors, and market gaps to identify opportunities that drive category growth.
  • Negotiating with suppliers to secure competitive pricing and creating tailored business plans.
  • Developing and implementing promotional marketing programs to maximize impact.
  • Providing ongoing support to our stores to help them hit their targets.
  • Maximizing opportunities to source the best products and create a competitive, diverse range that exceeds customer expectations.
  • Ensuring stock levels are optimized for efficiency and sales growth.
