About the RoleYou will shape product ranges balancing innovation, profitability, and market trends through partnerships with suppliers. This role requires delivering commercial outcomes such as sales, margin, and income targets across your category.
Key Responsibilities- Take ownership of a category core, driving nationwide sales and customer loyalty.
- Partner with suppliers to secure exclusive deals and new-to-market opportunities.
- Develop and execute long-term category strategies that deliver results.
To be successful in this role, you should have 5+ years' experience in Category Management, Buying, or Merchandise roles, preferably in General Merchandise, Homewares, or related retail categories.
