We're looking for skilled professionals to join our team as Product Specialists. This is an exciting opportunity to work with the latest drone and gimbal technology, providing exceptional customer service and delivering outstanding results.

About the Role

As a Product Specialist, you will be responsible for achieving store-based key performance indicators (KPIs). You'll deliver exceptional customer service while managing multiple tasks and customers, demonstrating in-depth product knowledge of DJI products and services.

You'll assist in New Pilot Experience Training sessions, help customers set up their drones for the first time, and troubleshoot common issues. Your role will be fun, challenging, and exciting, with opportunities for growth and continuous support within a sales and retail environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Achieving store-based KPIs by delivering exceptional customer service and product knowledge.
  • Providing assistance in New Pilot Experience Training sessions and troubleshooting common issues.
  • Demonstrating in-depth product knowledge of DJI products and services.
  • Assisting customers in setting up their drones for the first time.
