Key Responsibilities

  • Build trusted business relationships with new and existing customers
  • Maintain and exceed targets for utilisation, retention, engagement and upsell
  • Manage customer conversations regarding training opportunities, acquisitions, escalations and general business consultancy
  • Identify upsell opportunities for customers and promote value in investing further in our platform
  • Support clients by promoting relevant training sessions/programs
  • Collate data and share regularly with peers and leadership team to advocate for the customer
  • Maintain portfolio of customers through Salesforce and assist with special projects associated with retention, utilisation and adoption of specific features
