About The Role

We are seeking an experienced Customer Service Account Manager to join our dynamic team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for building long-term relationships with your dedicated account portfolio.

Duties and Responsibilities
  • Building strong relationships with customers through effective communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Managing the day-to-day movement of freight within your assigned portfolio.
  • Liaising and collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to achieve mutual goals.
  • Reviewing and reporting on daily freight movements to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Providing exceptional customer support by resolving enquiries in a timely and professional manner.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • At least 2 years' experience in customer service, preferably in a retail or service environment.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, as well as excellent problem-solving abilities.
  • A high level of motivation and passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.
  • The ability to take initiative and look for opportunities to improve business results and processes.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft suites and other relevant software applications.
