
Customer Service Portfolio Manager

We are seeking an experienced Customer Service Account Manager to join our dynamic team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for building long-term relationships with your dedicated account portfolio.
Duties and Responsibilities- Building strong relationships with customers through effective communication and problem-solving skills.
- Managing the day-to-day movement of freight within your assigned portfolio.
- Liaising and collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to achieve mutual goals.
- Reviewing and reporting on daily freight movements to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
- Providing exceptional customer support by resolving enquiries in a timely and professional manner.
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- At least 2 years' experience in customer service, preferably in a retail or service environment.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, as well as excellent problem-solving abilities.
- A high level of motivation and passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.
- The ability to take initiative and look for opportunities to improve business results and processes.
- Proficiency in Microsoft suites and other relevant software applications.
