We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized individual to join our team as a Room Attendant.

Job Description

As the first point of contact for guests, you will play a critical role in ensuring their comfort and satisfaction during their stay. Your primary responsibility will be to maintain the cleanliness of rooms, ensuring that they meet our high standards.

  • Main Responsibilities:
  • Attend to guest requests and respond promptly to any queries or concerns.
  • Report any maintenance concerns to the relevant department.
  • Perform daily tasks such as cleaning, replenishing linens, and restocking amenities.
  • Work collaboratively with other Housekeeping staff members to achieve common goals.
  • Maintain a clean and safe working environment by adhering to health and safety protocols.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will require:

  • A minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a housekeeping environment, preferably in a hotel or resort setting.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with guests and colleagues.
  • High attention to detail and a commitment to delivering exceptional results.
  • Physical stamina to perform tasks that involve heavy lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on customer service.
