Cleanliness Coordinator

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Room Attendant to join our team. As the first point of contact for our guests, you will be responsible for ensuring their comfort and satisfaction throughout their stay.

• Key Responsibilities:

1. Maintain the cleanliness and organization of guest rooms, including linens, towels, and amenities.
2. Attend to guest requests in a prompt and courteous manner.
3. Report any maintenance concerns or issues to the relevant departments.
4. Participate in deep cleaning and preparation of rooms for new guests.
5. Assist the Housekeeping Team as needed to ensure seamless operations.

• 1-2 years of experience in a housekeeping environment within a hotel or resort setting.
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work in a physically demanding environment and lift heavy objects.
• Familiarity with safe working habits, chemical handling, and hotel operations is an advantage.
