Job Title:

Operational Excellence Leader

We are seeking an experienced Operational Excellence Leader to facilitate process improvement across ESG field operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for establishing analytical approaches, applying structured process improvement techniques, and leading efforts to establish and sustain improvements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Facilitate process improvement across ESG field operations.
  • Establish analytical approaches and apply structured process improvement techniques.
  • Lead efforts to establish and sustain improvements.
  • Transfer best practices and maintain a continuous improvement culture.
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of systems, infrastructures, and managed processes.

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will typically require skills acquired through completion of an undergraduate degree in Engineering or related field experience and specialized training in Lean Six Sigma. A minimum of three years of experience in a leadership/management position with experience in field operations or support is also required. Additionally, experience in SAP functionality & reporting, Correction, Prevention and Improvement (CPI) & Key Performance Indicator (KPI) systems, Health, Safety and Environment (HSE) reporting and Halliburton Management System (HMS) is required.
