Job Title:

Compliance Manager APAC plays a critical role in supporting Ethics & Compliance team in APAC region.

  • The role provides strategic guidance and oversight in matters related to compliance with local laws and regulations, anti-corruption, anti-money laundering and business ethics.

The position requires strong leadership in fostering a culture of ethical behavior, risk management and adherence to both local and international regulatory requirements.

About the Job:

  • Support Regional Compliance Director in development and implementation of Global Compliance Program across APAC, ensuring alignment with global standards and local legal requirements.
  • Serve as key Ethics & Compliance contact for certain APAC countries, acting as trusted adviser to business leaders in region on compliance matters.
  • Implement risk-based due diligence processes across APAC, working with business leaders to ensure full understanding and compliance.

Requirements:

  • 7-10 years of experience in Ethics & Compliance role, with focus on APAC markets.
  • Deep understanding of compliance requirements across APAC jurisdictions, including anti-corruption, anti-money laundering and other relevant compliance regulations.
