Senior Compliance Specialist

This role plays a critical part in the International Financial Crimes Compliance team, supporting stakeholders across the APAC region.

The team offers expertise and guidance on financial crime programs, overseeing market-level initiatives and ensuring compliance with Enterprise standards, Legal Entity policies, and local regulations.

  • Provide oversight and governance support for all financial crime matters within the APAC region.
  • Coordinate the APAC region's contributions to Enterprise-led projects.
  • Evaluate regional markets' adherence to Enterprise Financial Crime Risk Management Standards.
Responsibilities
  1. Assist the Vice President in governing and overseeing financial crime-related activities.
  2. Cultivate regional and market contributions to Enterprise-led projects.
  3. Ensure compliance with Enterprise Financial Crime Risk Management Standards.
  4. Maintain regional SOPs and Team Overview documents.
  5. Contribute to enhancing our oversight and quality assurance capabilities.
  6. Develop an integrated oversight framework for front-line operations.
  7. Spearhead the execution and enhancement of RCSA phases.
  8. Monitor and track issue resolution, gaps, and remediation actions.
  9. Regularly assess financial crime controls.

We seek a highly skilled professional with excellent analytical and communication skills. A solid understanding of financial crimes and regulatory requirements is essential.
