Job Description

We partner with clients to provide commercially sound accounting solutions, reliable financial statements, and robust financial processes that underpin their current business activities and inform their strategic decisions.

As a Manager in our Financial Accounting Advisory Services Practice, you will collaborate with Chief Finance Officers and their finance teams to drive long-term value, trust, and confidence within their organisations.

You will lead outcomes and provide expert advice across a wide range of finance function topics, combining your commercial acumen, deep sector knowledge, and expertise in financial accounting and reporting, with best practices in finance function leadership.

Your responsibilities include:

  • Establishing high-performing teams, including coaching and mentoring team members to realise their full potential
  • Leading the planning, management, and delivery of engagements, including proactive stakeholder management, commercial project outcomes, resource allocation, and risk management
  • Contributing to overall practice strategy development while ensuring high-quality deliverables tailored to client needs
  • Developing strong professional networks, including cultivating and maintaining long-term productive client relationships
  • Preparing and delivering proposals and driving business development plans forward

A minimum of 6 years' relevant experience and a recognised professional qualification such as CA is required.
