Workday Expert - Financials and Accounting

We are seeking a seasoned Workday expert to join our team. As a trusted advisor, you will have the opportunity to assist customers with how-to questions, troubleshoot and guide them through configuration, and provide feature demonstrations.

Our team has a deep understanding of Workday Financials and we are looking for expertise in FDM Design, Financial Budgets, Financial Accounting, Accounting Journals, Allocations, Consolidations, Intercompany Processing, Period Close, Statistics, Multicurrency.

Your primary responsibilities include delivering services to Workday Success Plans customers. This includes conducting research to ensure understanding of customer questions and related Workday concepts, delivering small scope consulting in response to customer requests, and troubleshooting product configuration to resolve or provide optimal product configuration to meet customer business requirements.

You will also be responsible for creating and delivering customer presentations on how to use Workday features to achieve business goals, providing one-on-one consulting guidance to accelerate customer feature adoption, and reviewing customer tenants to identify adoption opportunities.

To succeed in this role, you should have 5+ years of implementation experience, 5+ years of experience with Workday deployments and financial systems, and 3+ years of software consulting experience. Additionally, Workday Financial Accounting experience is preferred, as well as Workday Certification in at least one of the following: Record to Report, FDM, Budgets, Spend Management.
