Join Our Team as a Fundraising Manager

We are passionate about empowering young Australians to thrive by building resilience, social and emotional wellbeing, and strong community connections. We're seeking an experienced Fundraising Manager to join our Partnerships & Marketing team and play a pivotal role in expanding our partnership network, driving fundraising initiatives, and unlocking new opportunities to grow our impact.

About the Role:
  • Develop and grow corporate, community, and philanthropic partnerships.
  • Lead grant-writing and manage trusts, foundations, and government engagement.
  • Plan and deliver fundraising campaigns, regular giving, bequests, major gifts, and peer-to-peer fundraising.
  • Represent us at networking and donor events.
  • Track and report on fundraising outcomes to inform future strategy.

This is a part-time role (3 days per week, with the possibility to move to 4), offering flexibility and meaningful work with a highly collaborative team.

About You:
  • Experienced (5+ years) in partnerships, fundraising, or business development — ideally in the not-for-profit or purpose-driven sector.
  • Skilled in writing compelling proposals, reports, and pitches that inspire action.
  • Organised, strategic, and confident managing multiple projects and stakeholders.
  • Proficient with CRM systems (preferably Salesforce) and digital tools.
  • Passionate about youth wellbeing and driven by purpose.
