Cloud Migration Expert Lead

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to lead our cloud migration efforts.

This role requires a strong understanding of cloud technologies and the ability to drive business outcomes through effective leadership and strategy.

The successful candidate will be responsible for building and leading a high-performance team focused on supporting federal agencies in Canberra transition to SAP's Business Suite on the Cloud.

Critical Capabilities:
  • Strategic Leadership: The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of strategic thinking, leadership, and decision-making.
  • Customer Engagement: Strong credibility in understanding the federal landscape in Australia and the ability to connect well with C-suite executives, steering committees, and partners.
  • Sales Support Practice: Experience in solutioning SAP Business Suite related projects, disciplined approach to supporting sales pursuits, and ability to delegate roles and responsibilities across the team.
  • Collaboration and Network: A well-developed network of contacts in the federal ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the recruitment and formation of a high-calibre talent team focused on supporting the Sales team (License & Services) to drive impactful conversations with Federal Agencies.
  • Adopt an appropriate set of disciplines to support defined sales processes and support the development of a full pipeline of sales prospects.
  • Engage customers and Partners at the executive level and define a vision for the CoE and create a winning strategy that draws upon the strengths of SAP in the Federal space and responds to specific needs from the market.
  • Monitor and take necessary measures to actively support the development of the pipeline focussed on SAP's Business Suite for Federal Agencies.
  • Actively participate in delivery governance and program SteerCo with customers and supports a disciplined approach for successful solution selling (value Centric Sales Approach).
