Procurement Strategy and Stakeholder Manager

As a Procurement Controls Specialist at Lion, you'll play a key role in driving sustainable value and ensuring every decision aligns with our values and vision. We're passionate about creating memorable experiences through these beloved brands.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Linking business needs to contracted suppliers to manage risk and drive value
  • Managing stakeholders to promote effective business partnerships and adherence to procurement policies
  • Approving new supplier set ups and ensuring compliance amongst the business
  • Implementing a streamlined process for managing contracted supplier listings
  • Identifying value-creation opportunities in indirect tail spend and completing end-to-end sourcing for these opportunities
  • Managing relationships with Lion's suppliers alongside Category Managers throughout the sourcing process

What kind of experience and knowledge are we looking for?

  • Minimum 3 years' experience in procurement, with knowledge of procurement policies, controls, and SAP
  • Bachelor's degree in business, supply chain, or related field
  • Strong business partnering abilities, commercial and technical acumen, and excellent communication skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint
