Procurement Category Manager

Category Plan & Strategy: Oversee RFP processes across M&U categories, including FF&E and Guest Technology, and assess supplier proposals to deliver recommendations to key stakeholders for approval and driving negotiations to achieve strategic procurement objectives.
Drive Supplier Usage: Promote the value propositions of partnered suppliers to internal stakeholders such as hotel department heads, General Managers, and regional operation leads, and cultivate robust relationships by actively engaging stakeholders and communicating procurement achievements and best practices effectively.
Contract Management: Manage and execute the drafting, preparation, and execution of master service agreements, ensuring accurate record-keeping and monitoring compliance with contractual obligations.
Operational Excellence: Drive operational excellence by ensuring timely submission of Supplier Quarterly Rebate Declarations, overseeing aging cash issues related to procurement activities, and supporting integration efforts of Purchase Plus to enhance purchasing efficiency across the supplier network.
