About the Role:

As a Teaching and Learning Specialist, you will be responsible for providing one-to-one and small group instruction, implementing specific lesson plans under the direction of leadership. You will also interact positively and professionally with clients and staff to create a safe and positive learning environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement tailored lesson plans to meet the unique needs of students
  • Manage client records, both electronic and handwritten
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to ensure seamless delivery of services

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess excellent reading, spelling, and comprehension skills. You will also require basic computer skills and a strong understanding of educational principles. A degree in education or a related field is required, and prior experience working with students is preferred.
