We are seeking a highly skilled Business Agility Lead to join our Risk Management Group at Macquarie. As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in developing and implementing Agile frameworks and practices to drive business transformation.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement Agile frameworks and practices to drive business transformation
  • Lead by example and assist leadership and senior stakeholders in adopting Agile ways of working
  • Define and prioritize value streams, and develop team structures to ensure effective Agile delivery
  • Facilitate strategic planning and prioritization sessions, including Quarterly Business Planning
  • Work closely with leadership to understand dependencies, metrics, and reporting to measure progress and team performance outcomes
About the Risk Management Group

The Risk Management Group is an independent and centralized function responsible for independent and objective review and challenge, oversight, monitoring, and reporting in relation to Macquarie's material risks. Our divisions include Compliance, Credit, Financial Crime Risk, Internal Audit, Market Risk, Operational Risk, Prudential Risk, and Risk Management Group Central.
