Drive Internal Change Management

We are seeking an experienced Internal Communications Lead to drive organisational change awareness and education. This strategic role will report to the Marketing Manager and work closely with key stakeholders to develop and deliver an engaging internal communications plan, furthering organisational objectives during a period of transformation.

The successful candidate will have proven experience in driving internal communications within organisations undergoing significant change. They will be responsible for developing and managing campaigns to ensure employees are kept up-to-date and aligned to organisational strategy and activity, working closely with internal stakeholders to drive organisational effectiveness and contribute to initiatives improving staff education and engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and manage effective internal communications campaigns to inform and engage employees.
  • Work collaboratively with internal stakeholders to drive organisational effectiveness and improve staff engagement.
  • Manage vendor relationships to ensure accountability and quality.
  • Provide regular reporting on employee engagement, awareness, and communication effectiveness.
