Transformational Change Consultant

Job Description:
Deliver integrated change management strategies to drive transformational change in Customer Identity Remediation, supporting consistent colleague and customer outcomes.
- Collaborate with leaders across the group to deliver and embed changes, ensuring alignment with delivery plans.
- Develop and execute communications plans to support transformational change initiatives.
- Foster a supportive environment for colleagues, inspiring them to focus on customer-centric goals.
- Support the implementation of integrated change management strategies to deliver initiatives across Customer Resolution and Remediation (CRR).
- Partner with colleagues to deliver Transition to BAU plans, ensuring change is effectively embedded and measured.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
To succeed in this role, you will require:
- Over 5 years of proven change management experience in stream or program leadership roles.
- Experience influencing senior stakeholders and managing complex stakeholder relationships.
- Regulatory experience and market landscape knowledge.
- Strategic mindset and extensive knowledge of risk framework and operating control environment.
- Customer focus and ability to work in an environment impacted by varying levels of commitment to change.
