About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Clinical Educator to join our multidisciplinary team. As a key member of our Maternity Department, you will play a vital role in designing and delivering tailored education programs for students, new graduate midwives, and experienced midwifery staff.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and evaluate education programs that meet the needs of our diverse student population
  • Provide clinical support, mentorship, and supervision to midwives in the birth suite
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to align educational initiatives with clinical standards and policies
  • Facilitate the orientation and onboarding of new midwifery staff
  • Support quality improvement activities and ensure compliance with professional guidelines

About You:

  • AHPRA registered
  • Previous Midwifery Education experience desired
  • Cert IV in training (or working toward)
  • 5 years + birth suite experience as a Registered Midwife
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Commitment to evidence-based practice and continuous professional development
