The role of Activity Leader is to provide a fun and engaging environment for children in our care. This involves delivering activities that cater to their interests and needs, while ensuring their safety and well-being at all times.
In this position, you will be part of a dynamic team responsible for creating a stimulating atmosphere that promotes learning and development.
- Develop and implement activity plans that align with the needs and goals of the children
- Maintain a safe and secure environment for the children
- Foster positive relationships with the children and colleagues
- Participate in regular supervision and training to enhance skills and knowledge
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
This role requires someone who is proactive, adaptable, and able to work effectively as part of a team. Key responsibilities include:
