We are seeking a skilled Speech Pathologist to join our team and provide high-level contemporary speech pathology clinical services to eligible inpatients and outpatients.
The successful candidate will contribute to the advancement of speech pathology and multidisciplinary services through clinical leadership, governance, supervision and professional advocacy.

About the Role- Provide high-level contemporary speech pathology clinical services to eligible inpatients and outpatients.
- Contribute to the advancement of speech pathology and multidisciplinary services through clinical leadership, governance, supervision and professional advocacy.
- Be actively involved in service development, quality improvement, education and research activities.
- Operate at a high level of autonomy and independence in providing clinical services.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve service delivery and outcomes.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge and skills in speech pathology practice.
- Demonstrated high-level clinical competence, experience and knowledge in the speech pathology management of adult clients with communication and swallowing disorders.
- Ability to provide clinical advice to professional and operational supervisors and stakeholders regarding service delivery, prioritisation and development of speech pathology and multidisciplinary services.
- Experience in clinical practice supervision and in monitoring, developing and supporting the professional competency standards of staff.
