We are seeking a Speech Pathologist to provide clinical services to patients in a hospital setting.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver high-quality speech pathology care to adults and children under the direction of a senior clinician.
- Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to achieve patient outcomes.
Requirements:
- Mandatory possession of a qualification as a Speech Pathologist from a registered tertiary institution.
- Demonstrated knowledge and expertise in managing adult and paediatric speech pathology clients, across the continuum of care.
- The ability to work effectively in a healthcare team, demonstrating high-level communication skills and flexibility.
- Demonstrated ability to self-manage a caseload, including prioritising referrals and achieving non-clinical workload requirements.
- Demonstrated commitment to evidence-based practice and participation in quality improvement activities.
