Bid Administrator Job Opportunity

This is an exciting role for a Bid Administrator to join our dynamic team. As a key member, you will support the Business Development team by coordinating, preparing, and submitting tenders, expressions of interest, and capability statements.

You will work closely with colleagues to ensure that all documentation is accurate, complete, and meets quality standards. This includes managing access to online tender portals, formatting and proofreading documents, and scheduling internal review reminders.

In addition, you will assist with sales generation activities, provide general administrative support such as travel bookings, workshop setups, and event logistics, and contribute to special projects as needed.

This is an excellent opportunity to take your first step into business development and grow your skills in administration.
