About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Marketing Director to join our team at Pier One Sydney Harbour. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing marketing strategies to achieve property revenue and brand objectives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement marketing strategies to achieve property revenue and brand objectives.
  • Manage the planning, execution, and coordination of all marketing strategies, campaigns, and projects across the hotel, restaurant, bar, and MICE businesses.
  • Collaborate with Field Marketing and Marriott Digital teams and leverage agency support to effectively manage content, campaigns, media plans, and promotions.
  • Become a prime example of the hotel's service and relationship strategy, driving customer loyalty and delivering mind-blowing services through each unique guest interaction.
  • Develop and manage relationships with key stakeholders, both internal and external.
  • Develop and manage content creation for the hotel.
  • Manage external vendors and agencies; collaboratively works alongside agency partners to identify strategic opportunities for the hotel.
  • Provides marketing leadership and acts as a marketing subject matter expert for General Manager, Executive Committee, Sales Leaders, and Managers, and Revenue leaders.
  • Developing marketing budget and overseeing expenses, focusing on attention to detail.
  • Ensure your curious, outgoing, and warm team is focused on showcasing their creative and innovative skills to enable achievement of property objectives.
  • Identify and establish marketing partners for innovative and new consumer marketing initiatives.
  • Ensure you and the marketing team uphold all company policies and procedures while demonstrating the Pier One core values.
