Job Description

We are seeking a skilled technician to provide expert maintenance and repair services for industrial equipment.

This role involves performing on-site service activities, coordinating with customers and internal teams to resolve technical issues, and analyzing equipment failures to identify root causes.

The ideal candidate will have strong problem-solving skills, excellent communication abilities, and experience working with complex machinery.

  • Perform routine maintenance tasks, including inspections and repairs, to ensure optimal equipment performance.
  • Provide technical support to customers, responding to queries and resolving issues in a timely manner.
  • Analyze equipment failures, identifying root causes and implementing corrective actions to prevent future occurrences.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to coordinate service activities, ensuring seamless execution and effective communication with customers.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
  • Strong knowledge of Programmable Logic Controllers (PLCs) and Distributed Control Systems (DCS).
  • High-level fault-finding skills, with the ability to analyze complex systems and diagnose problems efficiently.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers and internal stakeholders.
  • Physical stamina to work in various environments, including remote sites, and to lift heavy equipment as required.
