We are seeking a skilled Property Manager to join our team, managing a capped and manageable portfolio of properties.

About the Role

This is a Monday to Friday role only, free from weekends, trust accounting, leasing, and BDM responsibilities.

  • Liaising with landlords and tenants, completing routine inspections and reporting
  • Managing arrears and carrying out regular rent and lease reviews

The ideal candidate will have 1.5+ years of previous property management experience, QLD Certificate of Registration, attention to detail, strong organisational skills, solid written and verbal communication skills, outstanding telephone manner and time management, corporate presentation, and a valid driver's license.

A company car with all expenses paid will be provided for both work and personal use.
