At UNSW Australia, we are seeking a highly skilled Strategic Community Building Specialist to join our team. This role is an excellent opportunity for individuals passionate about entrepreneurship and community management.

About the Opportunity
  • We offer a competitive salary of $123,044-$138,637 per annum, plus 17% superannuation and leave loading.

The successful candidate will be responsible for designing and delivering entrepreneurial support programs for students, researchers, and alumni. As part of the team, you will work closely with the Head of Entrepreneurship to nurture and multiply the culture of entrepreneurship within the department.

About the Role

You will have a deep understanding of entrepreneurship methodologies and lean startup processes, as well as experience in building and managing communities in the innovation sector. Familiarity with engineering/physical sciences would be ideal.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Designing and implementing skill-building programs for entrepreneurs;
  • Collaborating with the Head of Entrepreneurship to develop entrepreneurial support programs;
  • Nurturing and multiplying the culture of entrepreneurship within the department.
