Key Responsibilities

  • Foster collaborative efforts with the team and the Department of Education to drive internal staff engagement in leadership development programs.
  • Raise awareness of the SLI's work and contribute to the enhancement of learning experiences of teachers and students through digital media and content production.
  • Develop and implement effective communication strategies to align with the department's goals and objectives.
  • Provide strategic advice to senior management on impactful decision-making and communication strategies.

About You

To be successful in this role, you will have a proactive and collaborative approach to working in a team. You will also possess:

  • Strong experience in digital media, website management, and content production.
  • Proven track record in developing effective communication strategies and reaching target audiences.
  • Familiarity with educational leadership or the public sector is desirable.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Suite and experience using Adobe Creative Suite to design and produce high-quality visual content.
