In this exciting opportunity, you'll be responsible for providing Mechatronic Engineering expertise to support the repair and maintenance operations within our workshop at Rouse Hill.
Your primary duties will include:
- Developing and validating repair procedures and methodologies.
- Managing Bill of Materials (BOM) for Electro-mechanical parts.
- Collaborating with technicians to ensure efficient repair processes.
- Identifying opportunities for cost reduction through sourcing and industrial partnerships.
- Analysing technical performances of systems and maintenance plans to propose improvement strategies.
- Implementing lean practices and promoting the use of latest maintenance technologies.
To succeed in this role, you'll require:
- Excellent communication skills for building strong relationships with stakeholders.
- A passion for process improvement and operational excellence.
- Demonstrated experience in systems/application engineering or similar fields.
- Preferably, experience in Rolling Stock maintenance.
- Tertiary qualifications in Engineering (Mechatronic or related fields).
This role offers a competitive package including a salary range of $120,000 - $180,000 per annum, depending on your level of experience and qualifications.
