Maintenance Technologist

In this exciting opportunity, you'll be responsible for providing Mechatronic Engineering expertise to support the repair and maintenance operations within our workshop at Rouse Hill.

Your primary duties will include:

• Developing and validating repair procedures and methodologies.
• Managing Bill of Materials (BOM) for Electro-mechanical parts.
• Collaborating with technicians to ensure efficient repair processes.
• Identifying opportunities for cost reduction through sourcing and industrial partnerships.
• Analysing technical performances of systems and maintenance plans to propose improvement strategies.
• Implementing lean practices and promoting the use of latest maintenance technologies.

To succeed in this role, you'll require:

• Excellent communication skills for building strong relationships with stakeholders.
• A passion for process improvement and operational excellence.
• Demonstrated experience in systems/application engineering or similar fields.
• Preferably, experience in Rolling Stock maintenance.
• Tertiary qualifications in Engineering (Mechatronic or related fields).

This role offers a competitive package including a salary range of $120,000 - $180,000 per annum, depending on your level of experience and qualifications.
