Key Responsibilities:

  • Align with customer expectations upfront and provide tailored solutions to meet their requirements.
  • Oversee customer satisfaction across Maersk's product offerings.
  • Cross-sell and upsell Logistics and Services products to customers, identifying opportunities to enhance their experience.
  • Manage vendor relationships and plan shipment order consolidation without physical cargo execution.
  • Proactively track shipments and notify customers of relevant deviations from the transport plan, offering potential solutions or alternatives.
Requirements:
  • Knowledge of the shipping, supply chain, or logistics industry is preferred.
  • Excellent stakeholder management, interpersonal, and communication skills are essential.
  • The ideal candidate should be energetic, well-organized, and self-motivated.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills are required.
  • A good process understanding and digital proficiency are necessary.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office is expected.
  • Ability to work under pressure while maintaining quality is crucial.
  • Strong cost-conscious and optimization mindset is required.
