Human Resources Support Specialist

This is a key role within our Business Affairs Department, supporting the day-to-day activities of the Human Resources department. The successful candidate will act in accordance with corporate values and policies.
The position involves providing end-to-end recruitment support, preparing various reports, and conducting exit interviews. Strong time management skills, attention to detail, and effective communication are essential for success in this role.
We require a tertiary-qualified professional with at least 3-5 years' experience in an HR-related role. A flexible approach to a busy, hands-on role is also necessary.
Key responsibilities include:
- Supporting the performance review process
- Coordinating work experience and internship programs
- Providing advice on training requirements
- Conducting exit interviews and issuing required documentation
