Job Overview

We are seeking a driven and passionate Retail Store Leader to join our team. As an Assistant Store Manager, you will play a key role in driving sales growth and delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Your primary responsibility will be to lead a high-performing team to achieve optimal results in sales targets, KPIs, store presentation, visual merchandising, stock levels, wage control, and shrinkage.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Motivate your team to drive sales growth and achieve daily, weekly, monthly, and yearly targets.
  2. Closely monitor store sales to identify areas of missed opportunity and implement corrective actions.
  3. Ensure efficient operation of the store by managing wage costs, adhering to weekly wage targets, and company rostering standards.
  4. Coach and mentor your team members to maintain high team morale and encourage their individual development through training and succession plans.
  5. Adhere to OH&S management policies and ensure compliance with state and national legislation.
Requirements
  • Demonstrated experience as a full-time or senior casual sales assistant, key holder, supervisor, or 3IC.
  • A motivated 'Make it Happen' attitude with a passion for leading and inspiring a team to succeed.
  • A proven track record in driving sales and meeting KPIs and targets.
  • Operational excellence with experience in stock control and visual merchandising.
