
Retail Store Leadership Opportunity

We are seeking a driven and passionate Retail Store Leader to join our team. As an Assistant Store Manager, you will play a key role in driving sales growth and delivering exceptional customer experiences.
Your primary responsibility will be to lead a high-performing team to achieve optimal results in sales targets, KPIs, store presentation, visual merchandising, stock levels, wage control, and shrinkage.
Key Responsibilities- Motivate your team to drive sales growth and achieve daily, weekly, monthly, and yearly targets.
- Closely monitor store sales to identify areas of missed opportunity and implement corrective actions.
- Ensure efficient operation of the store by managing wage costs, adhering to weekly wage targets, and company rostering standards.
- Coach and mentor your team members to maintain high team morale and encourage their individual development through training and succession plans.
- Adhere to OH&S management policies and ensure compliance with state and national legislation.
- Demonstrated experience as a full-time or senior casual sales assistant, key holder, supervisor, or 3IC.
- A motivated 'Make it Happen' attitude with a passion for leading and inspiring a team to succeed.
- A proven track record in driving sales and meeting KPIs and targets.
- Operational excellence with experience in stock control and visual merchandising.
