Key Role Summary

This is a crucial leadership position that combines operational excellence, stakeholder engagement, and a strong focus on health, safety, and environmental (HSE) compliance. As the Portfolio Facilities Lead, you'll guide a team of skilled professionals to deliver high-quality facilities management services across multiple retail assets.

  • Lead and mentor a team of Operations/Facilities Managers to ensure consistent service delivery
  • Oversee national delivery of maintenance, repairs, and building services to meet client expectations
  • Implement and maintain robust HSE systems, conduct audits, manage incident investigations, and oversee contractor safety performance
  • Take charge of procurement activities and manage vendor relationships to drive performance and value
  • Act as the escalation point for tenant and client issues, ensuring timely and effective resolution through collaboration and negotiation
  • Deliver insightful reporting and analysis to clients and leadership, providing actionable recommendations to improve operations
  • Collaborate with ESG teams to develop and implement initiatives aligned with client sustainability goals, driving business growth and social responsibility
