We are seeking a skilled and customer-focused professional to join our team as a Premier Relationship Manager.
This is an exciting opportunity to work with high net worth customers, providing tailored solutions to meet their financial goals and needs.
You will be responsible for building strong relationships with your clients, understanding their financial circumstances, and providing expert advice on suitable products and services.
As a trusted advisor, you will play a key role in helping your clients achieve their financial objectives, while also ensuring the highest ethical standards and operational integrity.
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- A proven track record in customer excellence, gained in banking or a related industry
- The ability to understand and provide solutions to meet individual customer needs
- Proven experience in growing customer portfolios and managing diverse ranges of high net worth customer relationships
- Relevant expertise in personal lending products, including mortgage lending
- Higher School Certificate completion is essential; relevant tertiary qualifications are highly regarded
